Pastoral Support

At Ramsey Spinning Infants and Junior Schools we have a dedicated Pastoral Team, who take great pride in nurturing and supporting our pupils. 

Pastoral Lead - Mrs Juniper

Pastoral & Family Worker - Mrs Churchill (based at Juniors)

Our team can offer support to parents and carers with a range of situations such as:

• Advice and support with your child’s behaviour at home

• Advice and support about your child’s attendance

• other concerns you may have about your child that you would like support with

• Help you to access information about difficulties you may be experiencing such as money worries, relationships, health etc

The Pastoral Team work with children to help them to:

• Express their views

• Raise self-esteem and confidence

• Support them developing friendships

• Learn about their social and emotional skills and how to improve these

• Encourage and promote good attendance

• Manage feelings following situations such as bereavement and loss
